Why DD?!

DD goes to daycare on Mon/Thurs (when I work), and I typically have to wake her up around 7:20 these mornings. However, when I'm home with her, she tends to wake up between 6-6:30. It's getting very frustrating!! We are supposed to be going to a playgroup in an hour, but since she woke up so early, she's now ready for an early nap.

I don't get it! Her bedtime and bedtime routine stay the same each night. I guess I need to sit her down and go over the weekly schedule with her ;)

      ha-ha!!  DS does the same thing...he would happily sleep later many weekdays, but on the weekends he often gets up for good at 5:30.

    How do they know?! DH and I take turns sleeping in on the weekends. One of us sleeps on Saturday and one on Sunday. Every single weekend DD gets up at least an hour earlier on MY day to get up with her than on DH's day to get up. We've even tried to switch days and she does the same thing. Somehow she knows it's my day. Makes me insane.
