Did you ladies receive your LO's birth certificates yet? DD was born on 3/10 and we still haven't received it. I got her SS# which we applied for with her birth cert at the hospital.
BFP 7/17/12 DD#1 3/10/10 BFP 3/26/12 Natural MC 4/11/12 #2 Due 3/30/12

    Did you get your mother's copy from the hospital?  That came in the mail from the hospital about a week after LO was born (he was born on 3/10 also).  Today, DH took it downtown Nashville to have official copies printed instead of mailing.  I know we had to wait 30 days befor we could request official copies.  Have you sent that in yet?

    DS was born on 3/4 and the hospital processed it for us.  I got the mother's copy on 3/18 and after I mailed it I got the long form on 4/11.  I didn't get his SS card until 4/20.

    Thanks ladies! I'm a dope I thought the hospital sent the form in since they sent in the form for SS#.
