I got a new position for next year!!!

The high school that I've been working at since Oct when I moved to Orlando has shared a campus with the middle school for the past 2 years. The middle school is set to open next school year, and once they hired the principal I set up an informal interview with her to talk about my experience as an assistant principal and let her know I was interested in a position. As we talked, our conversation moved to positions outside of assistant principal, and I told her about the position that I was most interested in when I was in Tampa, which was a drop out prevention specialist...basically working with the "problem" kids I saw a lot as an AP, but in a more positive way, trying to get them back on track, interested in school, and motivating them to succeed. She liked the idea and had me write up a sort of business plan about the position which she also really liked.
I have been waiting for her to get her budget and be able to formally hire me, and although she can't formally move me from the high school to the middle school because of logistics and politics of how school systems do their transfer, she said my name is down for the position and I should move forward with the expectation that I will be the academic dean for next year!!!
This is really a dream job for me because I will be able to work with kids in a positive way, I will still have the summers and breaks off for when I have a baby, and for my selfish reason...middle school starts at 9:30 which means no more getting up at 5:30 am! I was bummed when I didn't get the other job I interviewed for earlier this year, but now I see it was meant to be. 
After 2+ years and multiple treatment cycles,
including an IVF vacation in Costa Rica/Panama,
IVF #2 brought us our miracle baby!

Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer
Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

Dx -Ute cancer, DOR from cancer treatments, and embryo quality issues. NOV 2010 CANCER FREE
2005-2011= 3 Rounds of Clomid, 5 IUI's, 3 IVF's- ALL BFN's
After 7yrs TTC, 5yrs of ute cancer, and 11 failed IF treatments, we got a surprise BFP! So thankful!
