Selling CD's (or anything really) online

So I want to sell some of the CD items that I'm not using or she's outgrown. I'm just wondering how I would ship them? Just regular USPS with delivery confirmation? If you ladies have sold anything online how do you normally do it?

    I've shipped things via USPS, but I've never used deliver confirmation.  If I were shipping out CD's I'd probably use a flat rate box.
