Help - Need ideas for a new mom care package!

Okay ladies, I need your help! My BFF is having her first baby on Sunday (well, going in for an induction). I am going over to her house to hangout tomorrow night while her husband is working. I thought it would be fun to bring a little care package with me tomorrow night. Something with a few goodies just for her! Unfortunately I don't have much time to put this together and I don't know if I can make it out to the store. Anyone got any creative ideas of what to put in it? I already bought her some nice handcream today. What if I made her some brownies? Is that weird? Any thoughts? Or any other fun ideas of something to do for her? Thank you!

    I wanted a margarita so bad after giving birth- my friends brought me the margaritas in the box- loved it...

    My feet were really cold while in the hospital- fuzzy socks? what about a book about being a mommy- a chicken soup for the soul kind of thing-

    tissues- for the post pregnancy emotions

    Maybe some little snacks for while she is in the hospital?  I know I was never hungry when they came with the meals, but always wanted little snacks...especially since there wasn't much time to enjoy food between nurses, doctors, visitors, etc. constantly in and out of the room!

    A bottle of apple grape sparkling cider. A pair of comfy flip flops , or slippers. Cupcakes, chocolates. A memory card for her camera (baby pics) Bubble bath, shower gel, loufa sponge.  A girly movie. Some comfy pjs Maybe get her stuff that she has been craving during her pregnancy? A hopes and dreams book. this book would be for her to write things to the baby as they grow. Then when the baby gets old enough she can give it to the baby. Thats all I have for now. Good luck and have fun!

    Brownies are never a bad idea.  I could always use a brownie, no matter what the occasion.

    Love the sparkling cider idea! Her and her DH could toast Saturday night! All the other ideas are great too!

    I made a little care package for my friend that included a travel toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, hair ties, mints, etc. I also put some breast feeding things in there, but she is my best friend. That wouldn't be appropriate for everyone lol! You could also do magazines!

    Is it wrong to mention Tucks pads and Dermablast?  I sent DH to CVS for more Tucks pads and, when he came back with whichhazel and cotton pads, I wanted to cry.   They saved me those first few days after I came home.  Also, healthy snacks.
