So, I have always been a cold-natured person. DH teased me that I was a cadaver, because I was so cold all the time. That changed with being pregnant, as it does with everyone. I became hot. All.the.time. And I thought it would dissipate after I had Ruby.
It has gone away some, but she is 6 months old now, and I'm still significantly warmer than I was before. I used to be that person that constantly had pants on in the summer, because my office felt cold, and now I am warm enough to wear dresses in the office (with no leggings or tights).
Has anyone had this change of body temperature? I would LOVE if it was permanent, because it was really annoying being cold all the time. But I'm also wondering if I'm still warm due to nursing, and it will go away when I stop nursing. Thoughts?

Re: Body temperature - anyone else experienced this?
Yep, this. I'm back to being an ice cube now.

Why did y'all not tell me about this?! LOL
At my 6 weeks post pardem appointment, I asked my doctor pretty much what Slobina said ... I used to be cold all the time. Since giving birth, I'm a nasty sweat machine. I'm changing our sheets two or three times a week! It was even more often in the beginning.
My doctor said that my estrogen is low (especially low since I'm BFing) and as long as it's low, I'll feel like this. I have noticed some improvement, but not much. My doc said it starts to get better after 6 months, or when the baby stops BFing as often, but that it's a while, around a year, before you feel completely back to normal.
