  All up front but I did start paying installments about 6 weeks ahead.

  I'm pretty sure it is all up front. 

  I've never looked into it because we've always paid for everything in full before starting.

  Depends on what for.  All of our IVF stuff was paid for up-front.  Other things like baselines, bloodwork, etc. are paid later bc of copay/insurance stuff.

  TTC since May 2009 - DOR (ovarian cancer) DE w RBA December 2011 - transferred one embryo 12/14 - three frosties Beta #1 - 129 (12/22) Beta #2 - ? (12/26)

  For IUIs we pay that day since it's not covered by our insurance, and they bill us for ultrasounds/bloodwork/office visits since they work with my insurance to get as much covered as possible.

  Successful Cycle: 5/12/11 - 1000mg Metformin + 100mg Clomid(late response) + TI = BFP

  2/13/12 - We proudly welcomed our daughter, Hadley Teresa!

  Half was due upfront and they automatically take out a monthly payment out of our checking account for the rest.
