Need some help (Bday planning)

So among other things, Matthew simply adores "diggers" and other construction equipment.  Can anyone think of a museum or park that has something like that?  I can't come up w/anything and I know that he would be super psyched if his party had some of his beloved trucks.  (His birthday is in August so it can be outside).

    I was going to suggest the Baltimore Public Works Museum, but apparently they closed it last year.

    there is a playground in bel air with a sandbox that has diggers in it that you can control to move the sand around.
