I found a lump?

I had to have an episiotomy (not sure if I spelled that right?) but I found I think 2 little lumps. I don't remember having these before and the only thing I have done differently is use a tampon. I called my ob and asked and they said I could. Has anybody ever had these? They don't hurt or bother me..but it kinda freaks me out :/ I'm going to call the dr tomorrow to ask to see if I need to be checked out.

    Meant to say found them at the episiotomy..if noone got that..sorry.

    It might just be a spot that healed a little different.  As long as they don't hurt it shouldn't be a problem.  I would still definitely call the dr because they will be able to give you the best answer.
