Things to do with toddlers in Vista area?

My family and I will be visiting relatives in the Vista area. We have 15 month old twin girls who we will need to keep occupied and who will need places to run and play. Can anyone recommend places to go in the Vista area with little ones? Any toddler friendly playgrounds, play areas in malls, indoor gyms, story times, etc.? TIA!
