My boys are 26 months and don't want to sit in the boosters to eat in anymore. However they aren't big enough to sit on a chair at the regular table. It's a fight everyday to get them into the chairs. Any solutions???
Penny is almost 20 months old and won't sit in a booster anymore either. She kneels at the table. It was freaky but now she gets up and down very easily....too easily actually:)
I have my niece during the week and she is a couple of months younger than Penny. I have a little table that we use for lunch when she is here. They all sit on lawn chairs. That way she doesn't feel left out sitting in a booster while the other kids are in regular chairs.
It's not a fun transition. I think my kids were early with it, but at the same time, I am happy to be done cleaning those things!
