ok so I joined this board a few weeks ago, and haven't been back on in a while, because I miscarried again. I have a question.... I was just wondering how many of you got pregnant the cycle after a miscarriage? I just wonder how likely it would be that I could be pregnant again this cycle? I know it sounds really dumb but I'm having the same kind of pains on one side only, just like my last pregnancy.... so Idk if that's just from the miscarrige still or possible miracle? please give me your thoughts...

    I'm so sorry for your losses.

    It is definitely possible- I know there are some ladies on here who got pg again right away.  I waited until I had one AF and then got pg, but I had a D&E, so I was told to wait one cycle.

    thanks so much girls! I miscarried naturally and was told I didnt need to wait, and I really didnt have much bleeding after I miscarried (I think bc I was bleeding the whole pregnancy) so I'm just so confused on what cd I am, and you know every little thing you feel you think could be something great!

    Keep in mind, what happens in one woman's ute is a not going to affect what is in yours.  It is poss to get pg right away after m/c if you O, whats most important is to follow your dr's orders whether they advise you to wait a cycle or two before TTC again.  It was about 5-6 months between pg's for me.

    First off, sorry for your loss.

    Second, I got pregnant on the cycle right after my m/c (m/c was Feb 8, BFP was 3/14)

    Obviously, if your dr recommended waiting I would highly suggest doing so.  I miscarried early on and my hcg levels dropped right away so my dr said to wait as long as we needed to emotionally.  We would have waited a few months and were not trying to get pregnant but it certainly has been a blessing.

    I had a m/c at 6 weeks in Jan 2010 and got pregnant in March 2010. Unfortunately that pg resulted in m/c as well and I had to have a d&c so dr suggested we wait 3 mos to try again. We got pg again after only trying for 1 mo (34 weeks so far) so it is very possible. Something else it could be is you could be feeling ovulation. I can feel it every month and can tell you which ovary the egg came from. Hope this helps!
