now that im feeling better...

I need to GET WITH THE PROGRAM with my food situation...I have been eating crap non stop because of food aversions and nausea, but now that im feeling better the excuses are gone...I just need to go get some organic chicken and grill it for salads and dinner with a veg...Im a lazy cook and need everything to be almost ready to roll when I get home, so hopefully that will help....I just CANNOT gain 80 lbs like some people I have seen lately...and ofcourse I want my child to be healthy and not made of burgers and french fries...

  • I am in EXACTLY the same boat. I have half got on the wagon and taken control of this eating thing, but I am definitely not doing as well as I should and am also scared that I'm going to gain a million pounds and kick myself later. My saving grace has been a constant work out regiment. It's somewhat balancing it all out, but there is going to be a point where I can't work out as much as I am now - wanna be each others support system? LOL!

  • sure!! and we almost have the same due date so we're probably feeling somewhat of the same thing...I try to work out at least an hour three times a week which isnt that much but its the only thing that has helped me not gain already..I think I may be up 1-2 lbs since before I got pregnant depending on the day but I know the weight train is coming, lol, I just want the weight to be baby and not because I went out of control

  • I'm going through the same thing!  It makes it even harder to eat well with all the Easter Candy and brunch leftovers laying around my house!

  • I've been feeling great for the past 3-4 weeks, and the first 2 weeks after I started feeling better all I wanted was really healthy foods (salads mostly and some chicken) and for some reason now I have totally lost my appetite for anything. I was eating like crazy last week and now this week I feel like I'm barely eating. Not sure what the deal is, but I'm going on a cruise next week and I fully intend to eat as much as possible to make up for this week!

    I have my next Drs appt on Friday - so I will know then how much weight I have gained. I have not been brave enough at this point to step on scale haha. I have no problem gaining weight due to the pregnancy. But to come out of this 60 lbs heavier would be devastating - especially when it could have been prevented by me not eating chips as a snack and 4 pieces of pizza for dinner!
