It seems like there are still quite a few of us around! I'm bored, so let's do a check-in!

How are you feeling physically?

When was your due date? The 18th

How are you feeling physically? Fine, which I guess is a good and a bad thing...

How are you feeling emotionally? Anxious! I'm really bummed baby hasn't decided to show up yet, and I'm afraid I'm going to have to be induced. I'm also sad that it looks like this might be a May baby... and I'm not going to get the free newborn pics I was going to get if baby was born by today (they're doing a workshop at a photographer near here...).

Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? Nothing

Do you have an induction scheduled? If everything is still okay at my appointment tomorrow, I will be scheduled for Monday.

What comment do you get most often? "Don't worry, they'll induce you soon." That's what I'm trying to avoid, people!!!

What's next? I have an NST tomorrow. I'm hoping I've made at least a little progress so the OB can strip my membranes if he will. I still hope I'll go into labor before then! We'll be scheduling an induction with cytotec and pitocin for Monday.

I have been a long time lurker, but I figured I would chime in!

When was your due date? Yesterday

How are you feeling physically? Fine basically - just tired.

How are you feeling emotionally? Anxious - I am just ready to meet her already!

Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? I've stopped paying attention to "signs". My membranes were stripped last Monday, I have been 4cm dialated since then. I lost my MP last Wednesday and I have had BH contractions everynight.... Every morning I have the same result... nothing!

Do you have an induction scheduled? Much to my surprise, they had me scheduled for induction for this morning. I didn't know about it until yesterday afternoon! I canceled that appointment, but we have rescheduled it for next Monday, May 02.

What comment do you get most often? "You're still here?!?" or "You haven't had that baby yet?" Here's your sign, people!!! Ugh!

What's next? They stripped my membranes again yesterday. I have tried all the old wives tales (with the exception of CO). DH and I will go on a long walk this evening when I get home from work (yeah, I'm stilling working too!). I have another NST scheduled for Friday. Hopefully, she comes before then!

When was your due date? 4/25... 2 days past due

How are you feeling physically? I actually feel ok. A little crampy.

How are you feeling emotionally? I'm losing it. Really ready to meet her.

Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? I also do not pay attention to "signs". I have also done every natural labor inducing technique except for castor oil. Will not do that.

Do you have an induction scheduled? For Monday 5/2

What comment do you get most often? You haven't had that baby yet?

What's next? I don't know. I hate waiting though!!!

When was your due date? I was due April 23rd

How are you feeling physically? Other than my pelvic area hurting when I walk, fine.

How are you feeling emotionally? Anxious, excited, nervous, scared, etc

Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? Well....I did go from under 2 cm and 0 % effaced to 2 cm and 70% effaced in a week, however if LO doesn't come on his own by tomorrow I'm scheduled to be induced Fri morning at 5:30 am.

Do you have an induction scheduled? haha yes, this Fri at 5:30 am

What comment do you get most often? "He'll come whe he's ready"

What's next? Cleaning and getting last minute things we need before LO gets here!

My boss went the castor oil route because her water broke and she didn't go into labor. She wanted a natural birth at a birthing center. Well, it worked for her, but it was NOT pleasant. I will not go that far! Though I will admit to thinking about it!

When was your due date? Today. (so i guess I could still have him today)How are you feeling physically? Pretty good. I have energy again.How are you feeling emotionally? Tired. I want him to come already.Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? I have BH, I was 60% effaced & 1 cm for the past 2 weeks, I've been feeling tons of pressure, but nothing has come of it so I'm kinda ignoring all that and waiting for the real deal.Do you have an induction scheduled? Not so far. We will discuss is if I am still here in a week.What comment do you get most often? "I think he's gonna come today," or "How are you feeling?" both are getting really annoying because ppl have been saying them for the past month. Apparently everyone I know thinks babies should come early.What's next? 40 week appointment today. *fingers crossed that something is happening. Good luck to the rest of you!

When was your due date? April 21st

How are you feeling physically? Really good. Had some sciatic pain on my walk yesterday, but that's about it.

How are you feeling emotionally? Frustrated! I've been ready to have this baby for almost a month now.

Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? Not a freakin' one!

Do you have an induction scheduled? Not yet, but my OB said we'd schedule one at my appt next Monday.

What comment do you get most often? Baby will come when it's ready.

What's next? More waiting. I do have a NST tomorrow.

I have told baby that I will not be happy if I have to go to the hospital and don't get to leave with a baby!

When was your due date? Today April 27th

How are you feeling physically? Doing fine getting a few cramps here and there but thats it.

How are you feeling emotionally? Well that depends on the moment and what I am trying to do at the time.

Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? I started getting crampy the other day and thats about it.

Do you have an induction scheduled? No my doctor won`t talk about scheduling one till my 41 week appointment

What comment do you get most often? ``Your still pregnant`` or ``are you sure its not a boy``

What's next? Doctor appointment tomorrow, getting my first internal and if possible my membranes stripped

When was your due date? 22 AprilHow are you feeling physically?Mostly ok. I've had a mild headache on and off since Sunday, but my blood pressure was fine at my appointment Monday so I guess it's just the stress of waiting.How are you feeling emotionally?So frustrated. And worried about having to be induced. My OB said that the growth scan from yesterday looked pretty good and I have a good pelvis (a compliment in OB-speak, I guess : ) so he should be able to be delivered vaginally BUT, he cautioned that he would rather do an easy (non-emergency) c-section if it looked like the LO wasn't making progress, rather than resort to forceps or a vacuum which might be more traumatic than successful for a larger baby. This makes me want to wait for LO to come on his own, rather than be induced, for the best possible outcome.Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? I had great contractions, 8 minutes apart for over an hour, on Sat night. I really thought we were going to have an Easter baby, but then they stopped. I had some sharp cramping last night, but nothing came of that either--at least, nothing I can see from this angle. Do you have an induction scheduled?I'm waiting for a call back from the doc's office but I think they're scheduling it for Monday. What comment do you get most often?"He'll come when he's ready." or "Are you still here?" because, yes, with the exception of today, I'm still working. I just couldn't face my co-workers and the comments today along with a headache. Actually, the fog my headache is lifting--coincidence that I'm also not at work? Probably not.What's next?Waiting for a call from the woman in charge of scheduling inductions. A trip to the grocery store. I hope it's the last before the baby comes. But I've been saying that for weeks!! I've tried a lot of those "natural" induction methods...except castor oil. I can't quite bring myself to do it. Maybe another walk this afternoon, if it doesn't rain.

When was your due date? 4/19

How are you feeling physically? Great.

How are you feeling emotionally? Horribly-I can't stop crying and feeling like LO hates me. Its crazy talk I know I have to keep trying to tell myself but its getting harder.

Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? None

Do you have an induction scheduled? Nope and don't want one.

What comment do you get most often? Turn to the side, lets see if you've dropped. It will be over soon and be worth it, just suck it up.

What's next? Another Stress test on Monday. Lots of walking today after I get off work.

When was your due date? Today! How are you feeling physically? Pretty darn good, now that I'm on leave! My back had been bothering me from being on my feet all day, but now I can clean a little, rest, walk the dogs, rest, etc. How are you feeling emotionally? Nervous, excited, and a bit impatient. Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? Not really. I have been losing bits of MP and am about 50% effaced, but hardly dilated, if at all. Last night, I dreamed that my water broke, and I woke up in a panic, but nothing happened. *sigh* Do you have an induction scheduled? Nope. Trying to avoid it! What comment do you get most often? "Any signs?" My sister texts me daily; it's getting a little old, especially considering Baby wasn't even due 'til today (and I've been telling everyone 4/30 to put off these kinds of questions a little longer!) What's next? NST this Friday (4/29), and another checkup mid-week next week. The midwife offered to strip my membranes at my next appointment, but I quickly said, "Thanks, but no thanks!"

When was your due date? April 24thHow are you feeling physically? Not too bad for being 40 weeks and 3 days. I feel huge and I'm starting to swell, but otherwise I'm doing okay.How are you feeling emotionally? I'm trying so hard to just enjoy this time and get some sleep, but I'm slowly getting antsy to meet him. I also just really want to see him so that I'll know he's okay. I have no reason to think he's not, but I can't see inside my stomach so I'm really anxious to know he's alright in there.Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? Not really. I've had some frequent visit to the restroom, but that could just be because I ate something weird. I'm dilated to 2cm, but not effaced although I was told that my cervix is "squishy."Do you have an induction scheduled? They'll let me go until May 6 if everything is looking good. So the induction isn't actually scheduled, but that's when it would be scheduled for if it happens.What comment do you get most often? "How are you feeling" I think that's code for "Do you think you're going to have the baby soon?"What's next? I have an u/s to check my fluid level scheduled for Friday and I think they'll also do any NST. If everything looks good they'll let me go another week.

When was your due date? April 23

How are you feeling physically? Pretty good actually. I've been cleaning nonstop and just got through running a bunch of errands.

How are you feeling emotionally? A roller coaster. I'm happy one minute then depressed the next. I'm excited and ready for her to be here, but then I get sad bc she isn't here yet =( I'm also really scared she's going to be super big now.

Any signs that baby will show up anytime soon? Well I went to the hospital yesterday and I was 100% effaced but barely 1cm dialated. I also JUST lost my MP.

Do you have an induction scheduled? Yes, tomorrow (april 28) at midnight.

What comment do you get most often? "You should go for a walk." irritates the crap out of me bc i'm very active and you can barely catch my sitting down.

What's next? I go in tomorrow for my induction, so hopefully she'll be here friday!!
