5-6 oz?

it seems like a lot but the boys usually eat 4 oz every 3 hours, and would still be hungry. (and would scream) When we increased it a little, they can go 5-6 hours without eating especially at night. I was wondering about rice cereal but it's way too early. Got to remember they are preemies.

Cami is seriously eating almost 4 oz. every three hours. I have asked the pedi several times if this is okay, and he told me, word for word: "please feed your baby however much she needs, only she knows if she's full. She'll just spit up if it's too much, and then you'll know to adjust at the next feeding."

She has yet to spit up any excess food, so clearly this is what she needs. But it does seem like an excessive amount for a 12 day old when I look at the bottle.

When Nick would be done with the 4 oz and burp, he would scream. So we slowly started giving him a little more and he's happier. Kimo never cared for more than 4 oz but lately he acts more like his brother and wants the 5-6 oz.

I don't think that's too much. We just increased Lucas to 3.5 per bottle from 3. Try increasing it by 1/2 an oz and if they want more give them more, but that way you aren't "wasting" any if they can't handle the extra oz right away.
