Neosure and upset belly?

My daughter has been on neosure (either from a NG tube at the hosptial or bottle at home) for about two weeks. She has always had VERY loud poops (we can hear it from across the room and it sometimes wakes us up) but in the last 3 days she seems to be in pain right before she poops, she cries hard, and pulls her legs up, she squirms and her body is rigid. Then the poop is explosive! She is also more gassy.

I am pumping about 6 bottles a day which we add neosure too. I eat pretty normal. Rice, oatmeal, veggies, fruit, sandwhiches, salads, cake, milk...etc
The other one - two feedings are formula with neosure in it.
It also seems to be worse at night. Once she wakes up to poop or pass gas, she stays awake for about an hour. When she wakes up during the day, she goes back to sleep pretty quickly and stays in a deep sleep.
I am so worried about her being in pain and lossing sleep.

Any one with a similar story or advice? Thank you!

    I feel so bad when they are going through this.. :(  My twins did this too. They were on BM with Neosure and water with Neosure.  The pedi said preemies especially can have a tough time because their digestive tract is so sensitive.  Maybe you could try cutting out the dairy and salad to see if that helps? I heard some moms do that and it has helped. It could just be her, could be the formula or it could be something you are eating so you have to try to rule things out. Maybe try a diff formula but before doing that I would try changing what you eat first. What formula are you mixing with the Neosure? Maybe that is too much? You could always check with the Pedi for other suggestions? Good luck! :)
