I went in for an NST and my 41 week appointment. Edmund's baseline heartbeat was much lower than normal today at just below 120 bpm but it wasn't worrying the OB as it seemed that during most of it he was sleeping. The nurse came in at one point and put a vibrator on my belly and got his heartbeat up to his normal 160 bpm for long enough that it wasn't a concern.
My fluids are looking good and I'm measuring right where I should be. The estimated that he weighs about 7lbs13oz give or take 14oz. I will be admitted Friday night at 9pm to start the process. So hopefully that means that I will have a baby sometime on Saturday. I'm excited about this and nervous at the same time. There is still a chance that he will come on his own but I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

Great news! I'm sure you are ready to be done and have him in your arms!
They did the buzzer on Khloe once. That thing could wake me from a dead sleep, thats for sure!
Steal my kids picture or pretend they are yours, I will find where you live and ship all of their dirty diapers to your doorstep. Promise.
Yay - let's hope that the little guy listens and joins the outside world quickly!
On a side note, you might want to call in the morning there and see if they can get you in any earlier. I learned the hard way that even if you're only in the hospital for 3 hours of a day, you pay for the whoooooole 24 hours.
