Losing motivation for weight loss... Feeling down

I always do this...right after an IVF failure, I am super motivated to lose weight.

Well, I lost 8lbs in 3 weeks and then went on vacation last week. I am having a hard time getting back on track with WeightWatchers. My BMI is 30-31 but I have an athletic build so even when I was "skinny," my BMI was still 24. I brought up my weight to my RE @ our WTF and that made him suggest getting back to my pre-IVF weight (only ~10lbs less).

I am also taking DHEA which has totally f*'d up my cycle. I consistently have a 28-30 day cycle...now, it's day 36 and NO AF (and no surprise BFP's here with 0% morph). I guess I'll wait til Monday to call RE for Provera if AF isn't here by then. I have never had to deal with this. I do think I am super PMS-y though!!

I am also totally hating my job right now. It makes me super anxious & is very stressful. I have always hoped to work part time when we have kids...we just never thought it would take this long. I am seriously considering a career change...even considering more school ( I have a bachelor's, master's, & post master's certificate). This is seriously the last thing DH & I need right now. We will be paying off student loans for the next 7-9 years already. But the current job market doesn't make it easy to find something else with my current certification. Also, my current employer doesn't offer maternity leave unless you roll over vaca days. I only took 1 vaca day my 1 st year so have now banked the max of 4 weeks (after 5 yrs of service there). The problem is that if I quit before having a baby, I will lose those 4 paid weeks. They will ONLY pay them to me if they are used for maternity leave.

Maybe I just need antidepressants....especially with Mother's Day approaching....

Jan/Feb 2010 1st IVF with ICSI-5 week chemical pregnancy :( Feb 2010-male infertility doc says DH's anatomy and blood work are normal so nothing he can do. :( FET July 2010-BFP! Twin m/c @ 5.5 wks :( Dec/Jan 2011 IVF #2 Only 4 eggs retrieved-Ganirelix dose messed up BFFN Feb/March 2011 IVF #3 ER 3/9 9 eggs, 7 fertilized, ET 3/14, No frosties. BFN IVF #4 ER 8/22 9R,7F ET 8/25-3 embies, 1 frostie! Beta 9/2= 54, 9/6=274, 9/8=625, 9/12=2953, 9/16 greater than 10,000. B/G TWINS born April 2012 @ 36wks & 1 day! July 2014-going back for the frozen embryo! ET 7/28, heartbeat seen at 6wks1day with SCH. Miscarriage confirmed at 6wks4days

    (((HUGS)))  I am not motivated either, but I know I will feel much better when I start to lose the weight I gained through all of our cycles.

    ((hugs))  I hope AF starts and you start feeling better.

    Let's do it together!!! I just back 'on" today :) I have started eating My Fit Foods, and exercising. I just feel like this must be holding me back. I am 30 lbs heavier than when we got our BFP, and this cycle was perfect on paper.
