restless arms!!

in September 2011 Moms

it is past 12, and I have to get up for work in the am. I cannot sleep. My arms feel like they are heavy. How do I make it stop. They are so uncomfortable! On top of it I have a cold, and I cannot breathe well. HELP?

    I can't help unfortunately. I have been up since 3am and am exhausted. Just can't get comfortable anymore.
