So, I know the dance post was forever ago, but I was just reading old posts and saw your comments.
Jezca - M is in the Thurs 6:30 class. She's doing Tutti Fruiti 
She will be in the Fri 6:30 recital. When is yours?
Michelle - I wanted to say that Marlee also takes a class from Dance Discovery (they come to the daycare one day a week) - it's the story time ballet and she really enjoys it. I haven't really seen her do it as it's later in the morning, but she will come home and show me her dance. She loves the story part of it.

I just signed DD up for a summer class at DU. Did either of ya'll do the Mommy and Me class? I wanted to do the 2 year old combo class but it's full with a waiting list already so I signed up for this one. I'm worried about DD following directions so maybe this will be a good start (though I have a feeling she might do better if I'm not there).

We did not do the mommy and me class, but a friend of mine did and they really liked it.
Most of the teachers are really good with the little ones and get them really engaged. Marlee does seem to do better without me there. In the regular classes, the first one the parents can stay. After that, they close the door and do their thing.

Aubrey's in the first recital. It'll be an early morning for us! Her class is performing at the library tomorrow, too. I admit I'm excited to see her in her costume - too cute!
