How to nap not in crib?

I know the title is kind of vague but I was wondering how you ladies get your LO to nap somewhere besides their crib.  DS will sleep in his PNP at my parents house and his crib at my house since his surgery he has started being calm in his car seat again but not really sleeping in it.  How do you ladies get your LOs to nap in different locations?

One of my goals at the beginning (and probably the only thing that hasn't gone the way I saw) was that DS would be able to sleep anywhere. I don't want to be constricted to my house for nap time, especially when he is still in the infant car seat and I don't have to disturb him in order to take him somewhere with me.

    As long as Lena has her blankie (any one of the 5 thick microfleece blankets we received) and her pacifier, she'll sleep anywhere!
