What do any of you ladies do ..baby powder just isnt cutting it. I have a constant rash on my thighs that looks horrible and now the tops of my thighs are starting to "catch" when I walk. And its not even hot outside yet.
During the Texas summers, even when not pregnant, I have resorted to bike shorts under skirts and dresses. It made ALL the difference.
This is what I do too
In my bag: Nikon D90; 35mm 1.8, 90mm 2.8 macro (my fave), Lensbaby Composer with macro extensions. BFP after 13 cycles and one ectopic. Lost left tube 5/19/10.
Try Mexsana Powder or Gold Bond - better than baby powder, also, get a body brush and scrub the insides of your thighs with it and it will "smooth" the skin out.
Laughing about the marathon runners...the first thing I thought about for this issue was Glide or Asics Chafe Free product! It's what I use when I am running long distance - I get the worst chub rub on my inner thighs. Those products can be messy though, which I am sure you don't want.
I use deodorant! I usually spread it on both legs and sit for a minute for it to dry! It works better than the anti chaffing gel IMO and then you smell fresh too! You will have to reapply a few times through out the day if you do a lot of walking. I have a travel size Secret in my purse!
This stuff works wonders according to my bro-in-law! We would buy it practically by the case when he was in Iraq. The guys in his unit swore by it. Any place that could rub and chaf, did. So this was their relief. Miracle product according to one soldier who seriously sweats like a pig!

I also do this. Living in the south, our summers are horrible! This is the only way I can wear dresses in 100% humidity and not curse my thighs. lol

I do this too! I use Degree clinical strength. It is the kind that cranks up through the holes (can't think of it- baby brain!) I wait tables on Saturdays and Sundays in a skirt and it has saved my life!!!

I've actually read very good reviews about this product
Anti-Monkey Butt Powder... I kid you not. They have a baby version as well which seems to work wonders.
