lightweight/umbrella strollers

I want to get a single stroller for the times when we would just take one of the twins somewhere.  I don't want to spend a lot of money.  I looked and saw a number of lightweight strollers on babies r us website for only about $50ish (the cheaper ones didn't seem to have shoulder straps).  Does anyone have one of these... do they do the job?  Or would it be worth it for me to spend a little more money?

    We recently got the Chicco Capri - it was $79, but we used a $20 off coupon. I can't speak for any cheaper ones, but this seems to work very well!

    We also have the Capri and are really happy with it!  I like that it has a 5 point harness.  It's super lightweight and has a carry bag which is great too.
