Newbie alert:) and a question

Hi everyone! My name is Gayle...not pg (as far as I know) or TTC right now but think I might have ended up here anyhow!  I'm 28, DH is 27 and we have been married for a little over a year.  We got pregnant in Nov 2009 (oopsie) but I MC in December.  After that I went back on the pill.  At the beginning of this month I got off track with my pills...thought I forgot to take one so ended up taking 2 in one day, so I skipped the following day and just continued on after that.  The pill confusion happened on day 3&4 of my new pack.  Soooo here I am at the end of my pack now, 2 active pills left, and my chest is soooo sore.  This is the first sign that I had back in 2009.  Haven't missed AF yet but am wondering since I AM taking the pill if it will still come even if I am pg?  I searched online but can't find any reputable info...

    Thanks!  I have a test that I can take when I get home (leftover, hopefully it's not expired).  I was wondering if it'd be too early to test but you make a good point, if I have this symptom then more than likely the hormones are there.  Kinda nervous!  DH and I were planning to wait another year or two but we would be happy either way (not to mention my in-laws who make less than subtle hints Stick out tongue)

    Hello Newbie :)

    One thing I've heard a lot on this site is:  if you're far along enough to have pregnancy symptoms then you're probably far enough along to take a pregnancy test.  Maybe stop by the Dollar Store and pick up one of their cheapy tests (they're $1!! and they work just as well as the $20 tests).
