I definitely have this symptom to the extreme. While I'm usually able to stay up until 10 or 11, it's not atypical for me to sleep 9-10 hours at night, and then spend another several hours in bed during the day. Some days, I've even needed two naps! Even when I'm awake, I feel like I'm sleepwalking. I am so totally unproductive. It's incredibly frustrating.
This morning, I woke up with my husband, showered, got dressed, ate breakfast, and then was back in bed again before he even left for work!! (I work mostly from home, so I am thankful that I can rest when I need to, but I hate feeling so slow and foggy!)
I've been sleeping 7.5 or so on work nights and about 9 on the weekends. I'm going to try to get to bed even earlier tonight though. I am exhausted! I come home and I eat dinner and sit on the couch with my laptop in front of the TV....too tired to do anything else! the house is mess and I have bills to pay, but ugh..I have no energy.
I'm tired most of the time but I noticed that on the days that I'm just around the house I feel more tired than when I'm on my feet all day at work. Even when I get off work I'm still tired but I still have enough energy to get stuff done. I think that being active all day ( I'm on my feet all day at work) helps me get that extra bit of energy I wouldn't have if I just lied around. Once my work schedule gets less crazy I'll be hitting up the gym again. I think that will help with the tiredness too.

I am sleeping a ton!!!! Lately, I've been in bed around 10pm (which is early for me) I don't stir till around 9am at the earliest!!!! I usually get up at least 4x to pee during the night. And I usually have to nap during the day. If I don't nap during the day then I'm in bed by 7pm or 8pm.
Even when I'm up I'm not full of energy. It takes everything I have to get things done. I read somewhere recently that growing a baby is almost as equal as participating in a trialthon every day.

Varies a lot for me. Last week I had a lot more fatigue where I napped at least once a day and slept a good 9-10 hours at night. Recently, I've traded fatigue for morning sickness.

Still about 8 hours nightly. I'm still very, very early though. With DD I was constantly exhausted. There were nights when I got home from work, dropped my bags at the door, and went to bed fully clothed!
I'm so jealous. I love sleep. I need sleep. Right now I don't get a whole lot- the baby beast is sleeping like the suck again, an I usually have trouble getting to sleep at night- plus I need the evenings to do a little work and spend some time with DH. Ugh. I don't think I even got two hours in a stretch last night.
Also, my life sucks because I thought that the whining would be more cathartic than it was.
This sleep thing is ridiculous! I either cannot sleep and get like 4 hours because I am tossing and turning/having to get up for the bathroom several times or I am exhausted and sleep for 12 or 13 straight. I am not sure how to get on a regular pattern right now - this seems to be the only thing that is working.
