Funny poo poo story :)

A couple days ago when I was changing a poopy diaper I taught Ella the word poo poo... she said it once and didn't say it again all day. The next day she went and hid in our closet and came out saying, "poo poo"  I asked her if she went poo and she said, "no!", even though she did and ran away so I couldn't change her. Fast forward to this morning, she said, "poo poo" and then went behind the couch and did it. She actually followed me to get her diaper changed and then took the dirty diaper to the garbage for me! I was laughing so hard because it was just so cute/funny to see how proud she was. :)

I was kind of thinking that, but feel like she's too young right now and there would be too many accidents... we'll see in a couple months. :)

  • As long as she doesn't change her poopy diaper herself when your back is turned.  That is not cool.  Trust me.

Oh my gosh... now that's a good story! :) I can only imagine! I better make sure she's in a onesie and button up pants at all times! haha!

Jillian can unbutton onesies these days.  I'm so scared of the day when she wakes up from a nap and decides to decorate her room.  I've heard the horror stories of others.  I'd love for her to be potty trained but at the rate we're going I'm going I might as well wait long enough to potty both girls at the same time!

That is one sign of potty training readiness... but certainly not the only one.  It's great she's aware ahead of time!
