Part Time Day Care???

Does anyone know of good part time day care in St. Louis, preferably in the central St Louis County area. I know most places still charge full-time regardless of how many days the child is there and I'm looking for care just 3 days a week and only want to pay for 3 days a week. Thanks in advance!

I think your best bet would be finding an in home daycare provider.

I will be moving in early June to the High Ridge area, I know thats not exactly close but if I can help I will be more than happy to.
