Inspector Clouseau - Delete?

I know you said you were going to. I totally respect that.  I just wanted to come back and tell you that I understand where you're coming from. Totally. I've felt the same way at times.  I hope what I said didn't upset you. If you need another recommendation, let me know. I've worked with someone for many years that I respect highly and who has really helped me a lot (with similar things I think you might be experiencing.)

    MrsAJL - not at all. I wasn't upset and I think you nailed quite a few issues.  (You should start charging! ;-) ) I just deleted b/c I received several thoughtful, helpful responses and didn't want it out there too long.  I have already called a second person (not the initial one I referenced). I'm feeling optimistic about working with the second person.
