Who else has major swelling??

This weekend MH and I went on a long trip and the entire weekend my feet/ankles/calves were extremely swollen! When we got home yesterday, they hurt even to walk! Anyone else experiencing swelling like this? I wasn't prepared! Haha

My calves/ankles/feet swell everyday, but the swelling goes down every night and then starts right back up in the morning. My shoes are getting really tight, I hope they'll fit again post-pregnancy.

Here! My feet and ankles swell big time every day and it doesnt matter what I do or dont do. They go down and night and as soon as I get to work they start right back up. It has been painful at times to walk and to stretch my feet. This really sucks and i feel your pain.

Major swelling here! I am down to only wearing flip flops and they still leave indentions in my swollen feet.

me!! My left foot tends to swell more than my right one...looks so odd! My ankles are ok, but my calves seem to double in size or something! This happens with standing or sitting. My shoes don't really fit anymore so I've resorted to sandals and CROCS at work!

not so much major but my rings didn't fit for a day or two. I drank a bunch of water and was able to get them back on. My OB says the bed rest is helping too...

Yes, my feet and ankles are just out of control. I sit with my feet up at my desk, but sometimes that doesn't even help. My dr. just says to keep them up, drink water and get up from time to time to walk around. She said that while mine are swollen she has seen MUCH worse. I'm just glad I'm not there yet.

My flips don't even fit my right and that's pretty much the only thing I can get on my feet. Yikes.

This happens to me, too! I thought it was really odd. I think I'm going to ask my doctor about it at my appt on Friday!

Mine were so bad that the doctor took me out of work. My feet were not going down at night though so that might be why, plus I am a teacher so I could not sit with my feet up at work. They did say they would give me compression stockings however I have a fractured elbow so I would not be able to put them on.

Now that I am home my feet are normal. I have my feet up most of the day but can be up and down doing laundry etc. I am so lucky to have this time. Big Smile

Feet and Ankles as huge...Once I get home in the evenings I have to lie on my left side for 30 minutes. I then have to elevate my feet for another 30 minutes. Doctor said to drink plenty of water. I ended up purchasing a pair of shoes in my normal size but a wide width because my other shoes were way to tight. I would also like to be able to wear my wedding ring again

Mine don't do it here in SLC, still too cold I think (it's snowing right now) but when we were home in Sacramento for a week they were so big the my SIL who's an RN insisted I see a doctor while we were there. Came back home for a week, they were fine. Went to Vegas the next week, and they swelled huge. Back in SLC, no swelling. So while I am sick of the snow, it seems to be best for my feet.

This is just what mine look like! It's painful. I haven't worn my pre-pregnancy shoes in months. I had to order new flip flops bc mine are too small. My feet have grown 2 entire sizes. Our pool opens next week, and I can't wait to just soak them in the cold water every day.

lol no offense taken! My family was down for a visit this week and we did A LOT of walking!

Yep! My feet and ankles are humongous. It started earlier this time, probably due to the hot weather. As soon as it got really warm/humid, my feet started to swell. I am going to treat myself to a pedi this week, and then flip-flops it is for the next 8 weeks.
