My rolly-eye muscles are about to snap: Easter edition

If I read one more obnoxious piece of drivel on FB about how "God sacrificed his only son for us, and now that I have kids I can relate to this so much more," my rolly-eye muscles are going to snap right out of their sockets.

I'm about as non-religious as they come, but come the fvck on people. Isn't comparing yourself to God a little, I dunno, blasphemous and egotistical?

I'm not sayin'....I'm just sayin'....

    I have been staying away from my newsfeed today. Ugghh.

    I avoided FB yesterday too.  I'm sorry you had to see that.

    Huh, and here I just posted about a gigantic Easter-dress ruining blowout. 

     

    Nobody told me it was sappy-FB-status-about-how-awesome-God/Jesus-Me/Babies Day.  I ALWAYS miss the memos.

     

    (Oh, and FYI: I am TOTES Jesus-freak. A Pastor's kid, even.   I just tend to get my Jesus-freak on off of FB.)

    yeah, I think it's pretty crazy to compare yourself to such a thing!  Thankfully no one I saw had any weird status like that
