stomach bug

Ugh.. somehow I managed to get the stomach bug. I am throwing up and have diarrhea and feel completely miserable. It would be bad enough under normal circumstances, but how am I supposed to take care of a baby while I'm feeling like this?

I was luckily able to BF him between puking sessions and he's asleep for now... but I'm worried about how I'll be feeling in the middle of the night when he wakes up to feed again. I'm also worried about getting dehydrated and not being able to make enough milk for him.

I know the best thing I can do is just to keep BFing him while I'm sick so he'll get all the antibodies... but this just sucks. I really hope my little guy doesn't get sick.

    i completely understand. i am back to work today and feel awful with a stomach bug. someone had to come cover my class so i could go get sick. i cant very well go home because they will all think its because i miss lo but i feel awful. feel better.         sent from my phone
