Trying to Get Pregnant

So, hubby's out fighting a fire....

AGAIN! This is 3 weeks straight of fires! :( I'm sooooooo tired of them and we need rain desperately!

I went out with him earlier when it paged out, and he told me to come back in cause it was getting worse and they'd be there pretty late tonight. Poor guys!

Oh! And he just does this volunteer! (well, he makes $20 a page-out, but still, he has a full time job and stays out till midnight to 3 am!)

  •

I know it must be frustrating to have him get called unexpectedly, but your hubby is doing a fantastic thing! This world needs more men like that!

  • It's really not that bad, and it generally happens each time I cook us a big nice meal and have a date in or when we are at the grocery store! oh well!!!! I'm super duper proud of him, however! =)

  • I know who you feel! My husband is also a volunteer fire fighter and I find it hard when he leaves for a call to not worry. Winter time is usually the busy time for them with chimney and house fires but there never seems to be a shortage of car accidents for them to go to!

  • So sorry. I understand my husband is a full time firefighter and it always seems when I plan to go see him at his station or I call to talk to him in the evening they get a call...We haven't had bad wildfires here for about 2 years, knock on wood. But with those he was at work for  days straight Stick out tongue Hope you get rain soon so you get your hubby back!

  • Wow I had no idea how many firefighter wives we had here! My husband recently became a volunteer firefighter too. I have to say I admire your husband a lot, and you too for sharing him for the safety of everyone else. One upside to having a firefighter hubby is BDing with a firefighter can't be beat. :)

and YES WE NEED SOME RAIN! :)
