I had an iPhone back when they first came out and wasn't really that impressed. Now I'm due for an upgrade and my contract is tied to DH's department and now that Verizon has the iPhone, that's what I'll be getting.
DH told me to research the 16GB vs 32GB...of course everything I'm finding says the 32 is the absolute only way to go. Is it?
I'll, of course, have a few apps and all but I'll mostly just use it for calling, emailing, texting and web browsing.
I have a Blackberry Curve now (and have for had for quite some time) and really like it.
So...iPhone users, do I absoutely need the 32?

Re: NIFR: iPhone users
Only if you want to put photos and videos and music on it. I find 16BG gets sucked up pretty fast. My husband doesn't load his up with music. I guess, you know how big your library is. The camera takes decent res pics, and the files add up if you don't plan to move them off. There is a nice image stitch app that makes 360s.
Personally, I think that the phone is the cheap part, the service is what's expensive in the long run.
Enjoy your new phone!

Living After Losing
I would get the 32GB. I have a 16GB and can't get all of my music on it. I have 14GB total on my iTunes.
Plus, if you get iPhone 4, it has a high resolution screen which makes reading books an option. It is harder on the older phones since the screens are small.
I have a 3GS and I am waiting for the new phone to come out this summer (late summer are the rumors). We are due for upgrades this month.
Good luck.
