Sad Monday :(

Over the weekend, one of the employees at the company I work for was riding his bike, and he was hit by a car on South Lamar. He was taken to the hospital and later died. Our CEO made an announcement this morning about his passing. I feel so awful for him and his family. Of course it makes me think of myself, and how awful it would be to lose my child. Anyway, I just wanted to share, and ask for T&P for his family during this difficult time.

Oh that's so sad. Lots of t&p! I came really close to hitting a guy on w cannon Friday. It scared the crap outta me, and him.

OMG. Was it Sat. night? I drove right by the accident right after it happened and police had just showed up and set flares - ambulance hadn't even arrived yet. I couldn't fall asleep thinking about it. I couldn't find anything about it on Sunday morning. What terrible news and so, so sad for his family.

How horrible Sad

I had a coworker die from the same thing, and sadly it happened on a week day in front of our office, completely coincidence. She, I guess, had the day off and was training for a race on her bicycle and was hit by a trailer. People in our office were all complaining about the horrible traffic, until we started to find out what happened. When it turned out to be a very well known woman in our office ... well it was a very sad day.

I'm so sorry, and her family is in my prayers.
