How is the little tiny guy doing today?

Rehtt is doing Fab! I think? He doesnt seem to like his bigger home yet and has been sitting in one spot for about an hour now, under the UV lamp. Maybe he was cold.

That's great that he's doing well.

He may have been a little cold, but he may also have just been wanting to soak up some light. UVB is how they get their Vitamin D which helps their shells and helps them grow, so basking is totally normally.

Any interest in any food yet? Or poops?

Food kinda I caught him eatting a strawberry then he stopped so he is shy eatter LOL Poops yes! all in his water!!! So gross of all the places to do it!

Excellent! If he's eating and pooping than that means you're doing it right! Keeping track of his weight will really help you be able to tell if he's growing right, but if you can't than knowing things are going in and coming out is huge!

It is kinda gross that they do it in their water, the warm water stimulates them to do it though so it's to be expected. And later on if you want him to poop on schedule, just soak him!

Yes Im happy he is eating and pooping!

I dont get the whole let me poop in my bath water thing but hey if it works it works!!! He and I were talking today. I took him to petco with me people thought i was crazy!!
