I am thinking about doing a family blog.  I haven't done anything with Brenna's blog since Christmas, and I think it is time to convert things into a family blog.   Mainly so I can ramble, post new links, and stuff of interest to our family in one place.

Which blog site do you like?  Where do you find your templates?  If you have a family blog, what type of off topic things are you comfortable posting?  

Also, I want to put Brenna's blog into a blog book.  Which site is good for that?  I hope someone here has done that.  I see a few sites that do it, and want some insight on the control over posts that go into it, cost, and quality.

    i use blogger (i think you do as well) and while i mostly post about our family, ive posted diy, cooking, baking, and the occasional rant. id like to broaden my horizons as well as far as posting but i won't. too much on my plate as it is =P

    I know ALL about that plate thing you have going on.  That is why I think I just want a family blog, and not a separate DD blog, plus my photo blog.  I will keep the photo blog...sadly has not been posted on since January, and just do a tell it all family blog.  I haven't had time, but will after next week.

    I use blogger as well. I found a template. It's called the professional template or something similar. And then I modified the html code. I love it! I think if you google blogger and the professional template it should come up.

    Thanks, ladies!  I have never tried anything but blogger, so I was curious if there was something easier or better out there now.  I will stick to what I know how to use.

    I like wordpress more than blogger, it sends easier to upload pics to and manage plus other features, but I probably wasn't using blogger right.

    I use blogger. Started with one of their templates then modified it.

    I wordpress for while because some of the bloggers I follow give it such rave reviews, but for what I want it just wasn't working. So I moved back to blogger.
