My daughter is 8 1/2 months she only has breast milk and baby food. I wanted to try formula at night to see if it would help her sleep longer. I tried to give her a bottle and she didn't want it. How long does formula last when mixed with water?

    Generally, if she tried the bottle at all, then her saliva is in it and the formula manufacturers say that it should only last 1 hour... 2 at the most. If she didn't really touch it at all then it should be good in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

    Have you tried mixing cereal with the bm? At least for her last feeding. That's how DS started to STTN at 2mos.
