do you like it better or worse than the old program? I had done ww before and juts signed up. I get so many pts now 36 (I am bf). I love that fruit is no pts.
I was doing really well on it and lost over 10lbs in about 3-4 weeks. I feel off the bandwagon and really need to get back on it. I liked the program alot but thought I could do it all on my own and failed.
I liked the old program a lot better. I guess because it worked for me for so long and then once I switched I stopped losing weight (although it's prob more my fault than WW :-P) But, just be careful with the 0 pts fruit thing. You don't want to fill up on fruit all day because it's still some carbs which will slow down your weight loss. I thought having a lot of points now was a good thing, but a lot of foods are more points too. So I guess it all evens out in the end. All I know, is that WW really does work if you do it correctly and have dedication. I think I have lost a little bit of that! Good luck
I have to say I like them both. I've been doing the new one since January, and I've lost 24 lbs. I like the fruit being no points too, but I've heard some say that if you eat more than the recommended daily servings, it can make you gain or lose slower. Good luck!

It took a bit to get used to and at first I thought I didn't like it better- but I really do. It's much healthier as it's harder to "cheat."
LOVE that fruit is zero points!!!
