  Definately.  It is completely normal for symptoms to come and go.  Try not to overanalyze them.

  My doctor said it's normal if they come and go. ?It has to do with the fact that your hormone levels can fluctuate depending on the time of day, etc.

  Normal.  My symptoms disappeared overnight around 8 weeks.  I've had other pregnancy symptoms since then, but the nausea and other things disappeared early on.

  My boobs never really hurt. My only symptom was around 8 weeks I was nausea at night.   I do get lightheaded if I don't eat every couple of hours.
