Follow up neuro appt - what to expect?

In early'ish May, DS2 has his first follow up pediatric neurology appointment since he was diagnosed with CP. He was diagnosed at just shy of 10mos and is currently 18mos old. What should I expect from this appointment and is there anything in particular I should bring to the appointment?

Our appointments are every 3 months so they may be different. They ask his sleeping habits, what is he currently doing development wise, how is he eating, is there anything we are concerned about.
They examine him physically, check his reflexes, interact with him. They discuss a plan for the next 3 months and then we're on our way.
