Nutramigen &/or Ventaire users -- Please help!

Ever since starting my DD on Nutramigen, we have an issue where the nipples on the bottle clog up during feeding (we use Playtex Ventaire). Does Nutramigen tend to do this or is it an issue with the bottle/nipple? TIA!

i used ventair and that never happened unless the formula was not well mixed

We have the Ventair and have never had a clog. We have fed her breastmilk and breastmilk/formula mix so I can't help regarding the Nutramigen.

We use nutramigen and ventaire and we have this problem occasionaly also. We tried other bottles as well and it does the same thing so I think it is due to the nutramigen, it just seems to be thicker than other formulas. We usually shake it REALLY well when we first mix and then everytime we stop to burp we give it a good shake again.

Never have had this happen and we are both nutramigen and ventaire users. Make sure you shake the heck out of the bottle and it shouldn't be leaving behind formula clumps.
