DC will STTN soon. And you will feel like a human being again, not a zombie. And it's okay to be angry/upset/frustrated about the constant lack of sleep. Denying people sleep is a form of torture in some countries.

Really? Because if these kids start STTN, I will be eterneraly grateful but lately we are getting up multiple times a night, both of them. DH and I trade off but it make it hard.
Laughter - big belly laughs!, crawling, army crawling those are the things that I really loved about that age.
It will get easier day by day. You begin to really understand and become comfortable in your new role and the decisions you will make. Sleep will soon be something you get, daily showers won't be a faint memory and being able to have a hot meal will be in your near future.Enjoy the little moments with your baby, they really do grow up fast and as much as some phases are harder it really makes you enjoy the little moments you get. It does get better day by day.
If you are planning to teach sign language, this is a great time to start. Your LO might not pick it up right away but will catch on soon. Sign language really helped with Adley's frustration with communication, especially when we started with solids -- knowing more, all done, etc. helped a lot.

It took 12 months (5 months of Ferber and a night of straight up CIO) but he's been STTN for over a year now. There is hope!
