Last night, I was breastfeeding Liam on the couch and Jared walks through the living room and says, "At least you have an easy way to lose the baby weight."    ???

Ummm... Okay, breastfeeding isn't necessarily *easy* ...and I sort of had to gain "baby weight." There's no reason he had to gain about twenty pounds when I was the pregnant one.

Anyone else's DH or SO leave you with any gems so far this weekend?

    Well, MH asked me last week, "Hey, how long are babies in diapers anyway? 6 months?." I was like, "Honey, potty training requires the child to actually know when they have to go to the bathroom, so yea. . . about 2 to 3 years." LMAO. . .his response? "That's the worst news."

    We both got a kick out of that.

    My DH took the first week off to help. 

    On Sunday before he was going back to work, he said to me, "I want to do something, I didn't get to do anything on my week off." 

    I gave him a complete deadpan look and thought a few nasty thoughts because um, we had a baby...  he quickly followed with "just joking" because he realized that he had majorly put his foot into his mouth!  He has since apologized a few times because he realized how stupid his statement was.

    we bought a pack of 36 newborn diapers at around 33 weeks just cause i could and because i thought they were so cute!

    he then said "how long will these last? ... couple weeks??" ahaha i said ummm 2-3 days!

    we then went to costco and bought a huge case! oh men
