My LO has started on this lately the past wk almost, where she will have just random fits of crying, non stop, I have no idea what to do, bc I have done everything I can think of, change her, make sure shes pooped, change her clothes, etc you name it I ahve tried it. Seems to be fits of 1 to 2 hours long... they are driving me NUTS I kinda wanna cry bc I dont know what to do for her to stop them..... I hope they stop soon.

Try giving her gripe water. If it's gas related this should help. Good luck.

my dd loves the moby wrap. when she gets that way, i can usually put her in and she falls asleep almost instantly. it took me a while to figure this out. i hope you find something that works for you. it can be so stressful.

My LO likes the Moby too.

It has been really windy and warm here, so I've also taken her out on the back porch and she quiets down.

My DD enjoys going outside... there have been times when she crys and I cant figure out why, but as soon as I take her outside she totally calms down

We'd been having this issue with DS several nights in a row. We thought colic, but last night we tried swaddling him tightly and spending a little extra time holding/rocking him, and we made it through the evening with very little crying and fussing. Waiting to see how he does the next few nights, but just want to encourage you that even if it sounds like colic, it might not be!

My son used to cry for hours and hours on end and nothing soothed him. He had a milk/soy intolerance. Once we got him on the right formula (I had been BFing) he was a different child.

If the crying lasts for hours and is every day, I'd talk to your doctor.

DD has fits like this too most evenings. I have a Baby K'Tan wrap (like the moby, but easier to put on) and this works great when I'm sick of holding her, but she needs to be held to stop crying.
