I've been pretty good most of my pregnancy...I mean I eat more food than before but I balance the healthy with the sweets/fatty stuff...
For about the last week though all I want is junk...McDonalds, chocolate, chips...and I keep giving in!
Any tips on satisfying salty and sweet cravings (not at the same time though I don't like that mix)?

that's how I've been most of the time too...if I don't buy it at the grocery store I'm good to go...but lately I just grab all sorts of things off the shelf
I think she may be going through a growth spurt too cause I'm hungry all the time! lol
i just give in. i guess my only advice is not to bake brownies or cookies, because whenever i do that, i seem to eat the whole batch.
i've also found that some of the foods i crave (e.g., things made with white flour) give me terrible heartburn during pregnancy, so that is incentive to stay away.
I try to find healthy alternatives that still satisfy what I'm craving- like, fruit and yogurt instead of ice cream or a dark chocolate bar instead of chocolate chip cookies.
Sometimes, though, there's no substitute and I can't stop thinking about cheetos or a blizzard or something. Then I set a time (1 hour, 1 day, whatever) and if I still am desperate for it, I give in
