worked way better for me after I opened up the capsule and dumped the powder into hot water and drank it. Tasted absolutely disgusting but at least it helped. I ran out of capsules about three days ago and have been getting several ounces less than I was before. I really need to pick some more up.

    Thanks for the tip! I'll try that. I've been taking 3, 3 times a day and haven't noticed much of a difference. Maybe I'll just poor it in my mother's milk tea.
