I let him nurse as often as he wants, which is all the time. As for solids, he gets at least 2 meals a day, and if I'm actually moving in the morning, we both eat breakfast. We're doing BLW though, so it might not be best to use us as an example.
For breakfast, he gets either waffles or cheerios and some fruit, or if I have a breakfast burrito, I'll give him a little bit of the filling minus any cheese.
For lunch, some fresh veggies and some sort of bread or tortilla and some puffs. If I eat leftovers, that's we he gets also.
For dinner, generally a little bit of whatever we're eating, or if it's no really appropriate, some more fresh veggies. Tonight he had a veggie burger. It had the burger, a whole wheat bun, tomatoes, avocados, and a slice of onion. He also got a couple baked potato fries. By the time he's done "eating" (playing), I couldn't tell you how much he actually ingests since it's so torn up, but he's having plenty of wet diapers, and his poopy ones are definitely not the EBF ones anymore!
