Hugs I've been doing this kind of stuff too, I have a glass of wine almost every night just because I can. I still think twice before I do it and it's been 2 months. I agree, this really sucks.

Ditto. In fact I hadn't been released from the hospital 24 hours and was requesting sushi. When I told a pregnant friend this, she said, "Oh well I don't really miss any of that stuff...." And I said, "Well I didn't either when I was pregnant. So we will just say I kinda made it into a really lame consolation prize." then I teared up.
I have been doing research on dietary and lifestyle changes that could possibly help my fibroids which would aid in fertility... I just decided that I would wait until after the prime rib is served at easter dinner to make these changes.
BIG {{hugs}} I know exactly how you feel. It was hard to slink back into old habits and my old lifestyle, but in a way, it actually helped me on my path to healing. It may sound weird, but when I allowed myself to have my hair done, or have lunchmeat, or some alcohol, I felt like I was also allowing myself to yes, be sad, but also yes, move forward. I wish you lots of healing.
I have done the same. I am trying really hard to focus on getting myself healthy both mentally and physically since the m/c and not to focus on what I have lost. That being said, some days are better than others.
I had my first glass of wine tonight in months. I didn't drink even when we were TTC. I may have a whole bottle of wine tonight. I will get back on the no wine/caffeine/lunchmeat/sushi diet soon but not tonight!
