I'm dying to pee!

So I've been in a great habit of making sure I go pee at around 12:15, so that when I get home at 4:30 I can pee on an OPK. I totally forgot to today! I'm a trainer at work, and when I walked in from lunch one of my trainees grabbed me for some help. Now it's an hour later, and I NEED to pee! Okay, I really don't have to go that badly yet. But the idea that I can't makes it worse. Am I the only crazy that does things like this? How do you occupy yourself when you're trying to hold it?
I also wanted to say thankyou to everyone who has been reintroducing themselves! As a newbie it is SO helpful! I promise to read and reply more thoroughly when I'm not on my iPhone :-)

I don't pee on OPKs at the same time each day. Starting on CD9, I'll do one with FMU and when I get a +, I'll do one with FMU and one after work, around 3:30pm--give or take an hour. Some of the OPKs do not require you to test at certain times. I use the cheapies (Wondfo) from Amazon.

You are not alone!!! After te first month I just decided to always test with FMU b/c the pee anxiety was literally painfiul.

Hey winterbride - I'm testing 3x per day also and patiently waiting for a +opk. I'm normally a BIG water drinker, all day throughout the day, clear clear urine. So far I haven't had any luck with getting a + so I thought I may be drinking too much water? I've considered drinking less, but I feel like that would be counterintuitive because water is just good for you all around.
Are you drinking less then normal so as not to dilute your results? If so, have you had any luck?
