Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

Joining you

Hello.

I am currently healing (physically) from a traumatic ectopic rupture (ruptured on 4/20) that caused me to lose a lot of blood. Though I know there will be an emotional toll as well, right now I thought it would be best to focus on one area of healing at a time.  As a matter of fact, my brain is actually kind of shut of in that area right now, which is ok for now. I know that part will come.  Right now I need to physically heal so when that time comes I am strong enough to handle it.

While having to join this group is never someone's dream, I have heard great things about the support on this board.

Thanks in advance.

  • I am so sorry for your loss. I can understand the physical healing part. I know that for me personally, they were very much attached... when I had a physical symptom, it made me more emotional.

If your brain is allowing you to focus on your physical healing, then let that be... the shock of it all will wear off and the stronger you are when it happens, the better.

    Huge hugs!

  • So sorry for your loss, I had an ectopic rupture back in October of 2010 and was in the same boat, even though I still have my moments, time really does help, getting back into the swing of everyday life after you've healed physically helps a little too <3
